Strontr is a fitness app for tracking workouts, runs, and progress. These terms explain the rules for using it and which agreement applies to your device.
iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch: if you downloaded Strontr from the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Android and everywhere else: if you downloaded Strontr from Google Play, or use it any other way, these Terms of Use apply. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
Strontr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You can delete your account at any time from the app or through our support page.
The exercise library, custom routines, full workout history, and calendar are free. Premium features, such as the Evolve Plan and Cardio Evolve Plan, require a paid subscription.
Strontr is a training and tracking tool, not medical advice. Workout plans, weight and rep suggestions, and rest times, including those generated by the Evolve Plan, are estimates based on the data you log. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.
Do not misuse the app. This includes attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with our servers, bypassing subscription checks, or using the app to break any law.
You own the workout data you log. How we collect, use, and protect it is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strontr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your training. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Strontr in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
You can stop using Strontr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Strontr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
